Ivan Kent Williams II Obituary, Death – A 70-year-old man named Ivan Kent Williams II was killed when a car crashed into him on U.S. 25 close to Gettysburg Road. His death was a terrible blow to the Greenville community. Approximately 6 minutes before 6 o’clock in the evening, the South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP) documented the incident. When Williams tried to cross the street, a Honda sedan heading south on US 25 hit him, according to SCHP.

The pedestrian was taken to the hospital immediately after suffering serious injuries as a result of the collision. Williams sadly suffered fatal injuries and tragically took his own life despite medical attempts. Williams, whose life was tragically and unanticipatedly ended in this terrible accident, is mourned by the community. Those who knew and loved him will never be the same after his death, which the coroner confirmed as Ivan Kent Williams II.
